Free Saturday Pet Adoption Event in Bensalem

Doll 10 Beauty, an international cosmetics company headquartered in Newtown, is the sponsor of the third annual Free Pet Adoption Event to be held Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Women’s Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road in Bensalem.

The Dolls for Paws Animal Adoption Event will feature family-friendly activities including pumpkin painting; food and refreshments; draws for raffles.

Doll 10 Beauty will cover all adoption costs incurred by new pet owners for the placement of shelter animals in need of permanent homes. The facility experiences an influx of homeless animals brought to the shelter long after the summer and throughout the fall season.

In addition to the waived adoption fee, day-of-event adoptions will include sterilization, vaccinations, microchip, flea and tick treatment, free and discounted veterinary services, and gift bags adoption.
